Verantwortlich

Kurz gesagt

• Keine Cookies, kein Tracking, keine Analyse-Werkzeuge, keine Werbung.
• Keine Inhalte von fremden Servern: Schriften, Bilder, Klänge und Skripte liegen auf unserem eigenen Server.
• Unser Server schreibt keine Zugriffsprotokolle.

Hosting

Die Websites liegen auf einem Server der IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, in einem Rechenzentrum in Deutschland. IONOS verarbeitet die Daten als Auftragsverarbeiter (Art. 28 DSGVO). Damit dein Browser die Seite laden kann, verarbeitet der Server technisch notwendig deine IP-Adresse und die angefragte Adresse; wir speichern diese Angaben nicht in Zugriffsprotokollen. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einer sicheren, funktionierenden Website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Cloudflare

Anfragen an annico.eu und eulenpinsel.annico.eu werden über das Netz der Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, geleitet. Dabei verarbeitet Cloudflare Verbindungsdaten wie die IP-Adresse, auch außerhalb der EU, um die Seite schnell und geschützt auszuliefern. Cloudflare ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert. Bei Verdacht auf Angriffe kann Cloudflare ein technisch notwendiges Sicherheits-Cookie setzen (z. B. __cf_bm). Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Die Vorleseprobe aus Eulenpinsel lädt erst, wenn du auf den gelben Kiesel tippst, und kommt von unserem eigenen Server.

Spracheinstellung

Wenn du die Sprache aktiv umschaltest, merkt sich dein Browser die Wahl im lokalen Speicher (localStorage, Eintrag annico.lang). Das ist für die von dir gewünschte Funktion unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG); die Angabe verlässt dein Gerät nicht. Du kannst sie jederzeit in deinem Browser löschen.

E-Mail

Wenn du uns schreibst, verarbeiten wir deine Nachricht und Adresse, um zu antworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. f DSGVO). E-Mails an info@annico.eu leitet Cloudflare (Email Routing) an unser Postfach bei Google weiter (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland; die Muttergesellschaft Google LLC in den USA ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert). Wir löschen Anfragen, sobald sie erledigt sind und keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.

Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). Schreib uns dafür an info@annico.eu. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, zum Beispiel bei der Berliner Beauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

This policy covers the websites annico.eu and eulenpinsel.annico.eu. Our apps have privacy policies of their own: SchlummerLernen’s on schlummerlernen.annico.eu/privacy, Owlbrush’s on eulenpinsel.annico.eu/privacy and inside the app (parents’ area → Legal).

Controller

In short

• No cookies, no tracking, no analytics tools, no advertising.
• No content from third-party servers: fonts, images, sounds and scripts come from our own server.
• Our server keeps no access logs.

Hosting

The websites run on a server of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, in a data centre in Germany. IONOS processes the data as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). So that your browser can load the page, the server necessarily processes your IP address and the requested address; we do not store these in access logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Cloudflare

Requests to annico.eu and eulenpinsel.annico.eu are routed through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes connection data such as the IP address, also outside the EU, to deliver the site quickly and safely. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If an attack is suspected, Cloudflare may set a technically necessary security cookie (e.g. __cf_bm). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Listening sample

The read-aloud sample from Owlbrush only loads when you tap the yellow pebble, and it comes from our own server.

Language setting

When you actively switch the language, your browser remembers the choice in local storage (localStorage, entry annico.lang). This is strictly necessary for the function you asked for (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG); the setting never leaves your device. You can delete it in your browser at any time.

Email

When you write to us, we process your message and address to reply (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Emails to info@annico.eu are forwarded by Cloudflare (Email Routing) to our mailbox at Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; its parent Google LLC in the USA is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We delete requests once they are settled and no legal retention duty applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just write to info@annico.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
